How supplies are provided and paid for at My Village:

Personal Supplies: Pencils, crayons, pencil boxes, markers, colored-pencils, erasers, glue sticks, etc. are provided by My Village paid for with August Tuition. You do not need to purchase these supplies.

Specific class supplies: Workbooks, notebooks, folders, paints, and art supplies, etc. Instead of charging an Art class supply fee and workbook fees for each class as needed, we are going to group those expenses into one annual fee based on the student's attendance and class. Please see the Tuition and Fees Schedule based on your child's grade. When you approve your child's tuition also include this one-time fee.

School-wide supplies: Anytime parents would like to send in these supplies, they are always needed, particularly at the beginning of the year. If we need replenishing, we will request donations at that time: Paper towels, Tri-fold paper towels (for bathrooms at COTA only), and white card stock.

Amazon Wish List: Some teachers post supplies that they would be able to use and would love to have but are more of a bonus than a need. They will be posted on BAND separately. Amazon purchases can be mailed directly to us at 4484 SW Citrus Blvd, Palm City (COTA) or the New Hope location for Tweens and Teen to 3900 SW Citrus Blvd, Palm City.

What to bring for the first day of classes: Water bottle with your child's name on it and a backpack, optional supplies if you choose to donate. Remember that your child also needs sneakers/tennis shoes/athletic shoes (whatever you want to call them) every day. NO slides, crocs, boots, etc. Students will not be allowed to wear unapproved shoes and then switch shoes for P.E. and recess.
